We were supposed to have our engine delivered to us on Tuesday by Banisters Transport and it did not come nor did Banisters inform Ken it was not being delivered as usual. Ken called Banisters and asked them what was going on with the engine to which they replied to him saying that due to covid they were not going to deliver it to us. Ken then went out of his way without being asked and drove up to Newcastle himself, picked up the engine and personally delivered it to us. Ken’s service has given us the opportunity to have our machine back up and running ready for work.
Without Ken, we would not have been able to get back to work as quickly as we did.
